| We promise to: |
- Provide consistently excellent care with positive patient feedback on our services.
- Do whatever we can to save you and your staff time.
- Provide direct instruction to your office staff on billing for certification, recertification, and care plan oversight of your home care patients. As a result, you will be eligible for reimbursement for the time you spend in overseeing our services.
- Make Front-Page’s professionals available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; and consistently have willing and available professionals to admit your patients in the evening, on weekends, and holidays.

| Thus, you may: |
- Refer patients to home care upon discharge from an acute or intermediate care facility.
- Refer a patient to home care in lieu of hospitalization. We evaluate all referrals to our agency promptly; we send a Registered Nurse to visit the hospital to review the patient's medical records or we come to your office to do so. We streamline the referral process for you, your office staff, or hospital discharge planners. All that is needed to make a referral is the patient's name, current location (hospital or home), and the diagnosis. Otherwise, you can complete our referral form and allow Front-Page to do the rest.
- Call Front-Page to make a referral or specify "FRONT-PAGE SERVICES for Home Care" in your patients' medical record to assure that our team of professionals will serve your patients.

Bathing and Dressing
Many of us take bathing and putting on our clothes for granted. However, those who have suffered injuries, or who may be recovering from surgery for example, know that both of those basic activities can be unsafe, painful, or just plain challenging—without assistance (our CNA's provide assistance and assurance).
Companion Care
Companion Care is focused on the needs of the individual client and may not necessarily spring from a medical need. Often, companion care is utilized as a kind of "Buddy-System." Your loved one is relatively self sufficient, but you would just feel more comfortable with another set of eyes, ears and hands. The service can be employed for several hours while you are running errands; or for a couple of days, to accommodate your overnight business trip.
Errand Escort
Our Errand Escort service is very similar to our companion care service. Front-Page Services provides critical and caring oversight for your loved one; outside of the home. Though circumstances may differ, we would escort mom or dad to their doctor's appointment, or to the dry-cleaners and grocery store; for example.
Laundry assistance
Laundry Assistance is one of the tasks that often gets overlooked, when homecare is discussed. Most healthy individuals don't ascribe any degree of difficulty to changing the bed linen or doing the laundry. For an injured or recovering client, however, it is one of the most frequently requested services. Though the bending and stooping necessary to both strip and make a bed is daunting; the strength, focus and balance that is needed to move a fully loaded laundry basket from place to place is often more overwhelming.
Light cleaning
Our Light Cleaning service is offered as a means of helping our clients maintain a healthy environment. Our aides will make a diligent effort to ensure that the primary area(s) being traversed by the client are both clean and sanitary.
Meal Preparation
Meal preparation is another of the many services that we provide our clients. While eating nutritious food is important to a healthy lifestyle, it is even more critical to someone recovering from injury. As such, our Health Aides will prepare fresh delicious meals daily to ensure that those in our care are receiving the proper nourishment to enhance their recovery.
Oral and Hair care
Oral Care and Hair Care are two activities of daily living that are central to most everyone's daily lives. Unfortunately, those basic tasks can be difficult for an individual that's ill, been injured, or is recovering from surgery. Our Oral and Hair service foster's a feeling of well being.
Overnight stays
Our Certified Nursing Assistants are available for extended periods-including overnights-for those who require an enhanced level of care. Please contact our Agency Director to discuss your specific needs.
